The hotel is conveniently situated near St Annes railway station, with easy access to a pub/restaurant and the seafront within walking distance. The rooms exude charm and personality, showcasing the owners' past travels, and are impeccably clean. The service strikes a perfect balance of warmth and helpfulness without being intrusive, making our stay stress-free. However, the dining experience had some highs and lows, with excellent variety but occasional disappointments. The hotel's centralized location makes it ideal for exploring the town, seafront, and nearby attractions like Lytham & Blackpool.

The rooms at the top of the house are filled with charm and personality, displaying reminders of the owners' previous travels. They are very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy chair to relax in after a busy day. Great value for money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were extra large, well-equipped down to the last detail with cotton pads, toothpaste, and brushes. They were spacious, warm, and had good storage space. The bathroom was nicely stocked with toiletries, and the shower was very efficient. The hotel is accessed via a flight of stairs but offers rooms on the ground floor for convenience.

The hotel is ideally situated for Tigis with a great location next to St Annes railway station, a pub/restaurant within a short walk, and the seafront and shopping just steps away. The rooms are lovely, clean, and well-kept, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. The service is outstanding with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience offers excellent choices and delicious meals. It truly is a great value for a memorable stay.
